Our client is looking to recruit a Social Worker for their Assessment team

You will be accountable to and supported by a Practice Leader you will be expected to:

• Hold professional responsibility for a case load of statutory child care cases
• Ensure that every child/young person has a smart plan that ensures review and evaluation of outcomes
• Contribute to improving the resilience and independence of Newham's children, young people and their families
• Ensure each child's personal record is maintained within the HCPC required standards.
