We are looking for a highly motivated and robust social worker with at least 2 years post qualifying experience to come and join the Personality Disorder Community Service within the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust. You will be working across Cambridge City, South Cambridgeshire, Huntingdon and Fenland. 

You will be working as part of the multidisciplinary team but with a focus on those with Care Act eligible needs. Together with our partners, Cambridgeshire County Council have developed an approach (Transforming Lives) that is increasingly proactive, preventative and personalised. Transforming Lives will enable the residents of Cambridgeshire to exert choice and control and ultimately continue to live - to the fullest extent possible - healthy, fulfilled, socially engaged and independent lives.
