The successful applicant will have experience of working in LAC and Leaving Care and will be a professional role model for the unqualified members of staff in the team.

The leaving care team is a busy and energetic team and therefore the role requires excellent planning and organisational skills as well strengths in the areas of report writing and safeguarding.
