Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within a Looked After Childrens Team for Lambeth Council.

Job Purpose

Care proceedings experience, working in Children Looked After/Court team, working with diverse children/young people/communities, small stable teams, strong and supportive managers, support from advanced practitioners, systemic practice model, regular individual and group supervision. Working from home/flexibility: Expected to be in the office 1-2 days per week with the team for cohesion To implement positive change in complex cases in children, families and carers lives by using systemic social work methods, models and tools, with the aims of helping them to be as independent as possible. To also manage and minimise risks of abuse and neglect as well as meeting care needs while exercising a high quality of professional judgement.

You will need to be:

SWE registered
