Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to work within a Leaving Care Team for a Local Authority based in West London.

You will be required to provide a service to those looked after children and young people who are preparing to leave care. The team works with young people from the ages 16 to 25. Services include the provision of advice and support to enable them to prepare for living as independently as possible; assistance with accommodation; education support; financial assistance.
