Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to work within a Leaving Care Team for a Local Authority based in South London.

Job Purpose

• Providing ongoing timely assessment, planning, implementation and review for allocated cases, working in partnership with children, young people and families, and other partner agencies
• Undertaking effective analysis and management of risk for allocated children/young people, under the supervision of the team manager
• Re-assessing children/young people's needs in the light of changes in circumstances, behaviour and family situation, etc. and undertake direct work with children/young people
