This team is the Demand Management Assessment team and is a pathfinder aimed at supporting tier three families in an Early Help framework to reduce the demand on children Social Care and prevent families where appropriate receiving a statuary service.

This is a fairly new service within the Local Authority and there are currently 2 available roles for 6 months.
