Qualified Social Worker - Sheffield City Council - Continuing Health Care (CHC) Team - £28ph + Negotiable!

Require full time Social Worker Level 2 with knowledge of Continuing Health Care work required for specialist Team.

We are looking for an experienced Level 2 social worker, who has experience of working in adult social care setting with experience and knowledge of Continuing Health Care with in-depth experience of attending Eligibility, QAC and Resource Panels.

We require the candidate to have proven ability to use IT systems. Familiar or able to work with Liquid Logic (our electronic social care record system) would be an advantage, although training will be given to the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will be required to work in a specialist CHC team for City Wide teams which are split a geographically.
