Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within a Leaving Care Service for Haringey Council.

Job Purpose

• Extensive experience of working with young people leaving care and care leavers
• Experience of working with unaccompanied asylum seeking children
• Robust Assessment and analytical skills in child and family assessment and pathway planning with adolescents and young adults
• Experience of risk assessment and safety planning with adolescent looked after children
• Ability to apply Signs of Safety methodology and a strengths based approach.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
