Job Purpose

• To ensure that every child/young person has a smart plan that ensures review and evaluation of outcomes
• To contribute to improving the resilience and Independence of the councils young people and their families
• To ensure each child's personal record is maintained with the HCPC required standards

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
