Job description

Remedy Medical are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker to join the Child Protection & Assessment Team - Based in East London - Paying up to £32 P/h !!!

An exclusive opportunity has arisen in an East London Borough for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Child Protection & Assessment Team.

This a full time role to work within a warm and welcoming team who strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for children, young people and their families. You will benefit from a competitive salary whilst having the opportunity to work within a professional environment.

As a valued member of the team you will have experience of working in a child protection/Assessment team. You will have experience with court proceedings and safeguarding children and young people.

You must hold a recognised professional Social Work qualification (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or CQSW) and be HCPC registered. Additionally, you must have at least two years post qualifying experience.

Experience Required:

  • Post qualifying experience of working within a Children and families Social work environment

Requirements of the Qualified Social Worker:

  • HCPC Registration
  • 1 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
