Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within a Adults with Learning Disabilities Team for a Local Authority based in South West London.

Job Purpose

• Operating within a multidisciplinary environment to provide appropriate, professional Social Work support and assessments of needs of individuals who will be eligible for services within the terms of the NHS and Community Care Act 1990. A prime focus of activity will be to work in partnership with people with learning disabilities and their carers to support them to live independently in the community, as an appropriate alternative to residential care.
