Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work across two teams within Older People & Physical Disabilities Complex team and hospital team. This is for a Local Authority based in West London.

As this role will be working across two different teams you must have experience within both teams. Strong knowledge of the Care Act is essential. You must be able to work within a fast paced environment and be able to go in and hit the ground running.
