Qualified Social Worker - London Borough of Richmond & Wandsworth - Adults Team - Up to £32ph!

• The team's focus is to provide a holistic, personalised, strength-based service to residents over the age of 18 who have physical disabilities and older people with physical and mental health disabilities.
• This will apply to residents in the their own home, in a care home or in hospital.
• A good understanding of safeguarding
• Ability to work in a quick and busy environment
• Visits will be required
