Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within a Adults with Physical, learning or sensory disabilities Team for a Local Authority in North West London.

Job Purpose

• The post holder will be expected to carry out duties which implement legislation in relation to adults in consultation with other services as necessary.
• The post holder is expected to work with all agencies in a multi-disciplinary way, in order to ensure the best co-ordination and efficient delivery of services to service users.
• To operate within delegated budgets.
• To make service provision decisions within service agreements, purchasing protocols and policy guidelines.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
