As a Qualified Social Worker within the adults team you will be tasked with:

• A caseload of varying complexity,
• Undertaking assessments of risk and care needs in relation to service users and carers so that appropriate action is taken, monitored and reviewed effectively.
• Prioritising and working with competing deadlines and changing demands. 
• Understanding and interpreting legislation to meet service requirements.  
• Effectively managing people presenting in crisis needing a quick resolution, using relevant legislation and resources.
