As a Qualified Social Worker within the Adult Services team you will:

Monitor and review the social care needs of adults, and their carers in relation to their caring role.

You will support the planning and arrangements, provision of appropriate service that will meet a person’s assessed and eligible needs and the outcomes identified.

The local authority recieved positive comments in their latest ofsted report.
