Remedy Recruitment Group is looking for a Qualified Social Worker for their Adults Hospital Team in South East London.

Job Purpose

Provide Social Work to borough's residents and carers and undertake Social Care Assessments and to identify their needs and desired outcomes which places the resident at the centre of all interventions and giving them choice and control over the delivery of services.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
