An experienced social worker is needed to join a busy, community based team within East Lancashire and to work 37 hours per week.
The role is required to undertake holistic qualified Social Work assessment with service users in a community setting and undertake appropriate support planning to achieve identified outcomes. The role is not available to newly qualified social workers who are subject to ASYE.
The candidate must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
