Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within an Adults Community Team for a Local Authority based in South West London.

Job Purpose

We require a social worker with at least 2 years post qualifying experience in adult community teams undertaking long term complex case work. Key competencies include Care Act assessments, support planning, Multi-disciplinary working, Court of Protection work, safeguarding Enquiries.
