Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within an Adult Community Team for a Local Authority based in North London.

Job Purpose

Manage a complex and diverse caseload of people requiring specialist assessments in order to identify levels of need and outcomes required, promote independence and to ensure they establish the appropriate level of personal budget in order to meet their support needs. Required knowledge of the Care Act and Reviews is essential.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
