Remedy Education is currently looking for an experienced PRU specialist to work in a highly regarded Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Chigwell working with KS1 and KS2 pupils. The role starts in September 2019 and would be a TEMP to Perm Role!
The PRU specialises in working with primary aged pupils with SEMH pupils who have beenexcluded from mainstream settings. The school has small class sizes of between 4 and 6 pupils and are looking for an SEMH specialist to work with primary pupils with an aim of getting them back into a mainstream setting when they begin secondary education.
Must have previous PRU experience
Team Teach or positive restraint training is preferred but not essential
You will work closely with experienced SEMH teachers providing 1:1 and small group support in a challenging behaviour environment.
The school is easily accessible by bus and tube and has parking on site and locally.
