Remedy Education are looking for an experienced Primary Teaching assistant for a Mainstream schoolo based in Hackney.

Prior experience of supporting pupils with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties is essential. If you have the patience and empathy to help vulnerable children progress in their education, then this is the perfect Teaching Assistant job for you. For the successful Teaching Assistant, this full-time role will commence immediately until the end of the academic year with the potential to extend further.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be expected to support this Pupil with SEMH (EBD). You will work closely with the class teacher to implement EHC and to liaise with the school SENCO on the pupil's development. You will need to have broad experience of working with similar pupils in a mainstream education setting and have the compassion to support and nurture each pupil.
