Person Specification
To be considered you will need to be an energetic graduate who has worked with children in either a volunteer or paid role. You must have strong literacy and numeracy skills and the ability the communicate effectively with staff and pupils. We want to meet graduates who can show a passion for education and show exceptional subject knowledge.

About the Role
As a KS1 Teaching Assistant your role will involve you supporting classes as and when needed within the KS1 phase. In general, you will be ensuring that the SEN pupils under your charge are working at a pace comfortable for them, whilst making suitable progress in academic and social areas. Part of your role will include leading groups of pupils who benefit from the extra support outside of the classroom.
