Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Practice Manager to work within Newham University's Hospital Team.

Job Purpose

The role involves line managing Hospital Social Work (Acute at NUH) and the prevention of Delayed Transfers of care. Performance has fallen recently. We are looking for a PM who has experience of Acute Hospital Social Work ,who is committed to provision of high quality Social Work. A strong track record in the management of DTOC is needed for this post.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
