Position: Post 16 SEN Teacher

Key stage: 16-19 years old

Location: Greenwich

Salary: £140 - £180 per day

Start date: November 2018 - Long term, Perm

The school

Lovely post 16 SEN school with a friendly and welcoming staff team who work effectively together to ensure the smooth running of the school day. As this an expanding school there are excellent progressive opportunities for the right teacher.

The role

As this is a long term full time role you will have full class teacher responsibilities of a post 16 class. The school have small classes of students of students with various moderate and severe special needs, you will have the support of 2-4 teaching assistants.

Requirements

• Qualified teacher status (strong NQT's may be considered)
• Experience teaching SEN and post 16
• The ability to create individual education plans for students, monitoring the effectiveness and ways to improve.
