Job description

A SEND provision in Lambeth is looking for a teaching assistant to work 1:1 with a 19 year PMLD male student on a full time basis to start in September 2018.

The perfect teaching assistant must have extensive experience working with students with PMLD and be comfortable with personal care.

This school has a great reputation for supporting their staff and conduct regular assessments to ensure all staff have the right resources and support to carry out their job effectively. The school is also willing to provide training on any elements of specific support required for this young boy as needed. However, prior experience in providing personal care is essential.

Salary is negotiable for a teaching assistant with the relevant experience.
