Seeking an experienced planning enforcement officer to manage a large and complex enforcement case involving Travelling Show people in Essex. Candidates must have the following:

• UK planning qualification and MRTPI accredited;
• Experience and proven track record in local authority development management work including planning enforcement;
• Excellent communication skills, diplomacy and time management;
• Thorough understanding of UK planning legislation;
• Understanding of the inter dependencies between Local Authority corporate strategies in Housing;
