Our client is looking for a Personal Advisor who should have a working knowledge of working with young people, the leaving care process, supporting young people to transition to adulthood, claim the relevant benefit.

The successful applicant should be able to engage and encourage young people to access relevant services such as education, training and employment, recreational activities and also engage with relevant professionals. Candidate should be able to work as part of a team.

This is an ongoing contract with an attractive pay rate.
