Department: Accounts

Brief Description:

  • Confident speaking with candidates and clients
  • Checking and prioritising emails for payroll
  • Ensuring bookings/pay details are checked and setup up on the merit database
  • Inputting authorised time sheets on the merit database system within the set deadlines
  • Liaising with consultants on any queries and late time sheets
  • Dealing with payroll queries in an efficient manner
  • Ability to prioritise workload and support colleagues with sharing workload
  • Work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to follow up queries and resolve them satisfactorily

Skills:

  • Great communication across all levels of the business (written / verbal)
  • Team Player
  • Must be confident on excel & word
  • Experience of working in an account's environment is preferable
  • You will need a polite and helpful telephone manner.
  • Must have good time management and confidence dealing with people from all levels within the company.
  • Experience with Merit ideal but not essential
