Part Time (Thurs and Friday) - SEN Teacher - Hackney

Remedy are looking for a part time SEN Teacher to join our lovely secondary school based in Hackney, our school is a community for boys and girls ages 11-19.

We are looking for an experienced qualified teacher who is able to start on a part time basis from Easter to the end of the academic year. We need a teacher who hold QTS and has experience working with children with different types of SEN. You may be faced with ASD, ADHD and challenging behaviour.

Key points:

• Part time - Thursday and Friday every week
• £150 a day
• Based in Hackney
• Starting in April 2019

In order to be considered for this role, the SEN Teacher / Special Needs Teacher / Special Educational Needs Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:

• Must have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Proven experience teaching the UK curriculum
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
• Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
• Be available to start in April 2019
