Remedy are currently looking for an KS3 and KS4 teacher to work in a challenging outreach role working off site with Pupils who are based within a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU). The role is to start as soon as possible and would be for the academic year.

The PRU specialise in working with pupils who are excluded from mainstream education with an EHCP who have SEMH. The Outreach role is working 1:1 with pupils outside of the PRU to support and engage them with the aim of reintegrating them back into the PRU.

This highly regarded PRU based in Redbridge is looking to recruit an Outreach teacher who would work offsite.

We are looking for a committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role

Experience working with SEMH or PRU pupils is desired but not essential.

Adaptability is required as whilst you may not have to plan you would be required to deliver lessons to all subjects

The school is a highly regarded PRU with a superb and longstanding SLT.

Remedy work closely with the school and have many long-term staff on site who enjoy their work and the school regularly take on permanent staff.

• Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

• You must have the legal right to work in the UK
