We are looking for 3 OTA's to join a busy team based in Central London.

The successful candidate will support the occupational therapist in delivering, a high standard of evidenced based OT interventions. Knowledge of the Recovery Approaches and Model of Human Occupation is desirable, whilst experience of working with service users in a secure environment would be advantageous. The individual will be expected to assist the service users to meet his or her needs via the implementation of a therapeutic activity program. Will co-operate with all departments in ensuring a safe environment is maintained for all service users.

The individual will assist the Senior Occupational Therapist in ensuring that the department meets all the identified needs and problems of the service users. To be actively involved in assisting in the planning and implementation of Recovery and therapeutic activities programs and when required undertake duties delegated by the Senior Occupational Therapist to ensure the efficient running of the department. Key attributes include awareness of boundary setting, an understanding of risk management and a positive can do attitude.
