Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist Assistant to work within a Local Authority based in South West London.

Job Purpose

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in our fast paced Occupational Therapy Service.

You will provide functional assessments of needs and environmental assessments.

You will identify eligible needs and provide clients with information and advice, make recommendations for provision of equipment and adaptations to promote well-being and independence in accordance with the Care Act 2014.
You must have good working knowledge of minor OT equipment and adaptations and at least 2 years equipment provision experience. Minor adaptation experience is advantageous.

This is a busy team with a fast throughput of work, therefore excellent time management skills and the ability to manage your own caseload is essential.
