Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking a Occupational Therapist Assistant to work within a Local Authority based in South West London.

Job Purpose

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist to assist our fast paced Access Team in South West London. Intervention is short term to meet basic needs to enable people with a diverse range of physical disabilities to remain as independent as possible within their own homes.
You will provide functional assessments of needs, including environmental assessments, highlight where we can reduce or delay needs through information/advice or provision of equipment/adaptations, identify eligible needs, and address outcomes to promote well-being in accordance with the Care Act 2014.
This is a busy team with a fast throughput of work, therefore excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently and to manage your own caseload is essential.
Significant experience in equipment and minor adaptation assessment and provision is essential.
Experience with Mosiac and TCES is desirable.

You will need to be:

Available to start within 1-2 weeks
