Job Description:

The OT will work alongside a officer with assitive tech skills, to jointly review/assess clients with large care packages (criteria in place) to ascertain if equipment and/or telecare/assistive technology will increase the clients independence and well being, whilst reducing their need for care and support. In a bid to make savings whilst promoting and embedding equipment/tech to enable care.
