Job Description -

• Managing an individual caseload and allocated patients to carry out equipment assessments and reviews.
• Duties included carrying out assessments in the community and providing equipment and minor adaptations that are appropriate for the individual regarding on care and social needs.
• Helps occupational therapy clients by providing rehabilitative services, under the direction occupational therapists, to persons with mental, physical, emotional, or developmental impairments.
