Access duty, screening new referrals and enquiries, social care assessment, care home reviews care planning, triage cases at Great oaks hospital, safeguarding section 42s. set up care packages, respite

You will need to be:

Social work england registered
Eligible to work in the UK
Atleast 1 year post qualifying experience
