Our client is looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their Leaving Care team.

The Practice Leader will lead a team consisting of qualified and/or unqualified staff (Outreach Workers/Personal Advisors), providing support in terms of practice, supervision, and case reviews.

Our client is looking for an experienced Team Leader who has extensive experience working with Care Leavers, achieving positive outcomes for service users.


The post is required for maternity cover and will be for a minimum of 6 months.
