Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Officer for a Local Authority in Slough.

Job Purpose

As a member of the Neighbourhood Housing team this post provides a generic housing management function which includes and is directly responsible for:

• Estate Management
• New tenant visits and tenancy sign up
• Tenancy verification & fraud prevention
• Rent collection and early arrears
• Requesting responsive maintenance
• Addressing anti-social behaviour

Responsible for the collection of circa £2,500,000 annual rent roll for housing tenants as well as acting as client on behalf of the service and tenants for the delivery of the annual housing capital programme of investment together with environmental improvements.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To deliver excellent housing management services to our customers to the highest possible standards ensuring that operational performance is high and continues to improve. To ensure neighbourhood services for a defined group of homes meet resident's expectations and that residents have opportunities to influence service delivery.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
