our client, Manchester Council, is looking for a Team Manager to join their Fostering Team.

To support a team of Supervising Social Workers who work alongside our Recruited Foster Carers, the role involves supervision and support of SSW, compliance in line with NMS and Regulations for fostering, consultation with carers, managing performance, data and audits of the team, case allocation and management oversight. In addition you will be required to act as panel advisor on occasions.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
