Learning Support Assistant - South East London

Location: South East London
Pay: £100-£117 per day
Contract: Full-time
Start: Immediate

Remedy Education are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school in South East London, starting immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LSA, Teaching Assistant or someone with a strong background supporting children and young people.

The Role:

• Support pupils with their learning and development

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support where required

• Assist teachers with classroom activities

• Help pupils stay engaged and focused

• Support positive behaviour and inclusion

• Build positive relationships with pupils

• Provide additional support to pupils who may require extra help

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience working with children or young people

• School or education experience is desirable

• Confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• Patient, reliable and enthusiastic

• Passionate about helping pupils achieve their potential
