The school are looking for an LSA to come in and offer support the Maths curriculum up to Key Stage 4. So degree educated candidates are desirable for this post, but not essential as the school is looking for the right personality fit and good work ethic. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of, or experience with SEN but not essential.
