Remedy Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a London Local Authority based in West London to recruit a Qualified Social Worker's for the Adults with Learning Disabilities Team. This is a locum position to start immediately for 3 months. 

Responsibilities:
• Undertaking assessments of adult clients with Learning Disabilities
• Completing care plans within agreed timescales
• Organising care packages for service users and their families
• Arranging and conducting meetings
• Attending reviews and tribunal meetings
• Writing reports on findings 
• Writing up minutes from meetings

Essential requirements:
• A social work qualification (degree in social work, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent recognised social work qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong social work background with excellent communication skills
• Good working knowledge and understanding of the Adults Acts and other relevant Adults Social Care legislation and guidance
