Lettings Initiative & Regeneration Officer

Remedy Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Initiative & Regeneration Officer. This is a fast paced and exciting role which sits within the Housing Needs. This is a rolling contract with an immediate start.

Salary- Negotiable.

Full Time.

Start- ASAP.

Main Responsibilities and Duties-

• Providing pro-active support to tenants seeking to downsize to a more suitable sized home.
• Assisting the Lettings Initiative and Regeneration Manager to successfully organise and manage the allocation of applicants who are moving to properties situated on regeneration sites.
• Completing verification checks.
• Support under occupiers by providing advice
• Identifying suitable smaller housing
• Accompanying occupiers on property viewings and assisting them their move

The successful candidate will require-

• Experience in providing high quality services that meet the needs of tenants and the ability to work proactively and collaboratively with colleagues within and beyond the team.
• Well organised and able to work on your own initiative to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to be sensitive to the needs of clients.
