Lettings Officer

Remedy Recruitment are currently working alongside a Local Authority within London to recruit an experienced Lettings Officer, to provide excellent front line customer service while negotiating the letting of residential property, by working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our customers' needs are met and the departmental/team objectives are achieved.

**Salary- £16 Per Hour**

*Full Time**

**Start- ASAP**


Main Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Assess clients' needs to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders in order to support customers.
  • Advice and support customers/leads in resolving their queries and issues, ensuring that their expectations are managed, and proactive resolutions are identified.
  • Update and maintain systems/records to ensure that information/data is kept up to date and accurate and that KPI's are met.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to so that consistent and standard practice is achieved across the organisation.
  • Assist the Team Managers to ensure all properties are let in an efficient manner and legally compliant prior to letting/marketing.
  • Communicate with customers in partnership with other teams to ensure that all services are delivered seamlessly.

Skills/Experience-

  • Track record working within a private rent lettings environment
  • Experience achieving and surpassing targets in a sales environment
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrable understanding and commitment to customer service and valuing diversity
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to work under pressure/to short deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative, working on a variety of tasks
  • Experience of using financial systems and maintaining financial records.
  • Understanding of how a market rent value is set
  • Must hold a driving licence and have to your own vehicle.
  • Hold business insurance.
