Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Leasehold Service Officer for a Local Authority in East London.

Job Purpose

Role requires dealing with day to day enquiries from customers. These enquiries include processing notices of transfer/assignment, setting up accounts on our computer system (Universal Housing), sending welcome pack letters to new customers, processing sublet registrations. Good communication skills required as customers are dealt with over the phone, in writing and in person. Ability to prioritise workloads is important as this is a highly pressurised environment and good data entry skills is a must, as there is a lot of record keeping and a number of spreadsheets that need to be updated.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
