Learning Support Assistant / LSA / 1:1 / KS3 / Tri-Borough / Ongoing / Supportive SLT / CPD / Competitive Salary

Are you looking for a challenging, yet rewarding role?

Do you have experience with challenging behaviour?

I am seeking a confident and resilient Learning Support Assistant / LSA who is able to show initiative and support on a 1:1 basis. My client is an Alternative Provision situated in the Tri-Borough. This is an ongoing position.

The school is commutable from Central London, SW London, SE London and Surrey. They have a wonderfully supportive Head Teacher and SLT who will support and guide you within your career in education.

The ideal candidate will have experience with challenging behaviour within an Alternative Provision, or Pupil Referral Unit. They also welcome candidates with experience in a mainstream school within their exclusion unit.

You will be responsible for supporting and reintegrating KS3 student back in to the classroom. So you will need to have proven behaviour management experience have a calm and patient manner and have a passion for working to help encourage students to achieve the best of their ability

This is a rapidly growing organisation, so there is huge potential for development within and CPD available.
