Summary

Remedy Education SEN are currently working with a number of SEN and mainstream schools in Wandsworth and require SEN Teaching Assistants / SEN TAs / SEN Support Specialists / LSAs for day to day and long-term positions starting as soon as possible and September 2018.

This role will enable you to work in a variety of your local SEN and mainstream schools so you can expect short journey times and the opportunity to build rapport and strong working relationships. Remedy Education are working with a cluster of SEN schools in London who require staff for an ASAP start, and September 2018.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children special educational needs and more specifically. We are specifically looking for support staff with a particular specialism such as ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder), Speech and Language Communication Needs, SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties), PMLD (Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties) or SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health). Due to the nature of the students a patient, caring and compassionate approach is needed. We are looking for recent graduates who are looking to build their experience working with SEN pupils and more experienced SEN Teaching Assistants.

Requirements

Recent experience and a genuine passion for working with SEN pupils are essential. All applicants will need to hold a current enhanced DBS and be fully compliant to work in the UK.
