I am currently seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant who will require previous experience and a nurturing approach to behaviour management. The school is situated in Chelmsford, Essex and the role is to start ASAP This is a long term post so commitment is key

• Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills

• A non-judgmental and empathic approach
• Current DBS
• Be available to interview immediately

Learning Support Assistant Specification: 

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have excellent classroom management with a commitment to fulfilling the needs of pupils experiencing behavioural, emotional or learning difficulties, and social communication difficulties. You will have the desire to create a culture of learning, where children are happy, enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious. Ensuring that the classroom is a positive and stimulating learning environment.

About the Learning Support Assistant Role: 

In this Learning Support Assistant position, you will be working with challenging behaviour and therefore be strong and adaptable with your teaching approach. Reconnecting them with education so they can make progress in becoming successful adults.
